Hourglass
Hourglass is a 3-hour long performance in which the passing of time is made tangible, and the performer becomes an hourglass. Some twenty heavy cloth balls attached to my body, filled with sand, slowly emptied on the ground, gradually changing the space. The performer's body grew lighter by the second. The audience was witness to a playful showing of how time manifests itself concretely and locally.
