Different types of ground, sand, earth and stones, collected during a stay in Iceland, are spread across the gallery floor. Unsteady stones, sinking sand, hard cracked ground: each surface
brought about a different way of moving. In the performance, I reconstruct fragments of these movements. Small adjustments, reflexes and ways of moving return, as if the landscape is remembered through the body. Weather reports from Iceland can be heard throughout the space, describing the same landscape in measurable terms: temperature, precipitation and wind.
